Your reputation is being shaped right now. Are you in the room?
Every review left unanswered is a missed conversion. Every 1-star review ignored is a customer your competitor wins. We monitor, respond, protect, and grow your review presence — across every platform — so you never lose a customer to silence.
Every review, every platform, every minute — nothing slips through.
Most businesses find out about a damaging review days after it was posted — long after other customers have read it. We watch Google, Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Apple Maps, and Bing Places in real time, so you know the moment a review lands and can respond before it shapes perception.
- Real-time monitoring across 6 major review platforms
- Instant alerts for 1-star and 2-star reviews within minutes
- Unified inbox — all platforms in one view, zero tab-switching
- Auto-tagging by theme, star rating, and sentiment score
- Multi-location support — manage every branch from one dashboard
Every review answered. In your voice. In under 6 minutes.
Responding to reviews is one of the highest-ROI tasks a local business can do — and one of the most consistently neglected. We write professional, on-brand responses to every review you receive, positive or negative, 24 hours a day. Our AI learns your tone, your service language, and your brand personality so each reply sounds like it came from your best team member.
- Brand voice onboarding — we learn how you communicate
- 100% response coverage — positive, neutral, and negative
- Average first response under 6 minutes, any time of day
- Auto-detected theme tagging — Quality, Speed, Service, Price
- Human approval mode available for sensitive or complex reviews
A 1-star review at the wrong moment can cost you weeks of bookings.
Not all negative reviews carry the same weight. A low-scoring review from a first-time customer is different from a detailed complaint from a long-term patron — and both are different from a fake review posted by a competitor. We identify, prioritise, and escalate every damaging review so nothing falls through the cracks at the worst possible time.
- Instant alert for any review rated 1–2 stars, any platform
- Fake review detection and Google dispute filing
- Severity scoring — Critical, High, and Informational tiers
- Human escalation protocol — your team is looped in when needed
- Carefully crafted de-escalation responses — never defensive
More reviews, more consistently — without chasing customers yourself.
Happy customers rarely leave reviews unprompted. They mean to — and then life gets in the way. We build and run ethical review generation campaigns via SMS, email, and WhatsApp that ask at exactly the right moment: right after a completed job, a check-out, or a positive service interaction. The result is a steady, compounding flow of authentic reviews every month.
- Automated campaigns via SMS, email, and WhatsApp
- Trigger-based timing — sent at the moment satisfaction peaks
- Direct-to-platform links — one tap to leave a Google review
- 100% Google-policy compliant — no incentivisation, ever
- A/B tested message variants — we find what converts for your audience
Hundreds of opinions distilled into three things to fix this month.
Reviews are the most honest market research your business will ever receive — and most businesses never read them systematically. We analyse every review across every platform, surface the repeating themes, score your overall reputation health, and give you an executive summary you can act on immediately. No charts to decipher, no exporting spreadsheets.
- Cross-platform sentiment score with month-on-month trend
- Top positive and negative themes surfaced automatically
- Exact customer phrasing — the words they use, verbatim
- AI executive summary — shareable with your team in one click
- Competitor sentiment benchmarking — how you compare locally
Food quality and the harbour view are your two strongest conversion drivers — mentioned positively in 53% and 39% of all reviews respectively. The highest-impact fix is weekend wait-time communication: 38 reviews mention it, and a simple queuing update system could move your score to 9.1 next quarter. Start there before addressing pricing perception.
One report a month. Everything that moved. Nothing buried in data.
You run a business — you shouldn't need to log into a dashboard to understand how your reputation performed last month. We send you a plain-English report every month covering every platform, every metric that matters, and a clear priority list for the next 30 days. Read it in 5 minutes. Act on it the same morning.
- Total reviews received, platform breakdown, average rating trend
- Response coverage, average response time, sentiment score change
- Review generation campaign performance — sent, opened, converted
- Crisis summary — what happened, what we did, current status
- Next month's 3 priorities — specific, justified, ordered by impact
Everything you need to know about review management.
Do Google reviews actually affect my rankings — not just my reputation?
Yes, significantly and on two separate levels. First, review quantity, recency, average rating, and whether the owner responds are all confirmed Google Maps ranking signals — businesses with more reviews and active response patterns consistently outrank those that don't in the Local Pack. Second, even when ranking is equal, a 4.8-star business with 200 reviews will attract dramatically more clicks than a 3.9-star business with 40. Review management improves both your position and your conversion rate from that position.
What platforms do you manage reviews on?
We monitor and respond across Google Business Profile, Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Apple Maps, and Bing Places as standard. For businesses in specific industries — hospitality, healthcare, legal, real estate — we can extend monitoring to category-specific platforms like Zomato, Healthgrades, Avvo, RealSatisfied, and others. Multi-location businesses are fully supported from a single dashboard.
Can you remove negative reviews?
We can flag and file disputes for reviews that violate platform policies — fake reviews, reviews from people who never visited, reviews containing prohibited content, and competitor review attacks. Google removes a meaningful proportion of flagged reviews, particularly when the reviewer profile shows suspicious patterns. However, no provider can guarantee removal of any specific review, and we never attempt to remove legitimate negative feedback — instead, we respond to it in a way that demonstrates accountability and often recovers the relationship.
Is asking customers for reviews against Google's policy?
Asking for reviews is explicitly permitted and encouraged by Google. What is prohibited is incentivising reviews (offering discounts, free items, or payment in exchange for a positive review) or directing only happy customers to leave reviews while discouraging unhappy ones. Our review generation campaigns are fully compliant — we ask all recent customers via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, and link directly to your Google profile without filtering by anticipated rating.
How quickly do you respond to reviews?
Our average first response time is under 6 minutes, 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. For critical reviews — 1 or 2 stars — we alert your team immediately and draft a response within minutes. For businesses that prefer to approve responses before they go live, we offer a human-in-the-loop mode where drafts are sent to you for sign-off before publishing.
What happens when a customer escalates a complaint online?
We have a three-tier escalation protocol: Informational (handled automatically), High (flagged to you with context and a recommended response), and Critical (immediate alert, human-drafted response, and ongoing status updates until resolved). Critical triggers include 1-star reviews with detailed complaints, reviews mentioning legal action or media, sudden spikes in negative reviews, and any review that appears coordinated or fake.
Will the responses sound like us or like a bot?
We spend the first two weeks learning your brand — your tone of voice, your service language, what you're proud of, and how you typically address problems. We also study your existing responses to understand your register. After that, every response is written to match how your best team member would reply. Clients routinely tell us their responses are indistinguishable from what they'd write themselves — only faster and more consistent.
What do you need from us to get started?
Manager access to your Google Business Profile and any other review platforms you want covered. A brief brand voice document or examples of how you communicate (your website About page and any existing review responses work perfectly). Your contact email for escalation alerts. Onboarding takes less than one business day, and you'll see your first responses within 24 hours of going live.

We'll pull your current review profile across every platform, show you your response rate, your sentiment score, and the three things most likely to be costing you customers today. No obligation. Takes 20 minutes.
