One brand. Dozens of locations. All of them ranking.
Most multi-location businesses have the same problem: a handful of locations doing well and the rest quietly bleeding customers to competitors. We build and run local SEO across your entire network — standardised where it needs to be, localised where it counts.
Before we touch anything, we show you exactly what your network looks like.
Most multi-location operators discover their SEO problem one angry franchise owner at a time. We run a full network intelligence audit in week one — ranking positions, review scores, citation health, and on-page signals across every location — so you have a clear picture of what's performing, what's struggling, and where the opportunity is biggest.
- Suburb-level ranking heat-map across every location's service area
- Review score, response rate, and velocity per location
- Citation consistency score — which locations have dirty NAP data
- On-page local signal audit for each location's landing page
- Priority triage — which locations to fix first, ranked by revenue impact
One change to your details shouldn't take six weeks across 40 directories.
Name, address, and phone inconsistencies are the hidden tax on every multi-location business. A moved branch, a changed phone number, a rebranded location — within weeks, the data is wrong in a dozen places and Google is getting conflicting signals about who you are and where you are. We sync every location's details across every directory that matters, and keep them consistent every month without you lifting a finger.
- Full NAP audit across 50+ directories per location
- Bulk update capability — change all locations in one operation
- Duplicate listing detection and suppression across the network
- New location onboarding — built and submitted to all directories in week one
- Monthly consistency monitoring — catches drift before it affects rankings
Every location gets its own page. Built for the suburb, not a copy-paste template.
The fastest way to tank multi-location SEO is to create 30 location pages that are 95% identical. Google spots it immediately, customers recognise it, and nobody ranks. We build genuinely differentiated landing pages for every location — unique local keyword mapping, suburb-specific copy, localised schema, and internal linking that reinforces each location's authority in its own market.
- Individual keyword strategy per location — not shared targets
- Suburb-specific copy referencing local landmarks, streets, and context
- Per-location LocalBusiness schema with accurate hours, address, and reviews
- Title tags and meta descriptions targeting the exact suburb + service
- On-page score tracked per location, with monthly improvement targets
"name": "FreshCut Fitzroy",
"streetAddress": "142 Smith St, Fitzroy VIC 3065",
"aggregateRating": 4.9 (312 reviews)
Hundreds of reviews across dozens of locations. Every one answered.
At scale, review management becomes a full-time job — and one that's almost always neglected. A franchise network with 20 locations might receive 400 reviews a month across Google, Facebook, and Yelp combined. Left unmanaged, the locations with weak managers go silent. We handle every review across every platform for every location, in each location's local voice, so your network reputation stays polished end to end.
- Unified inbox — all locations, all platforms, one view
- Location-specific brand voice — Fitzroy sounds different from Box Hill
- 100% response rate guaranteed — no location gets left behind
- Negative review escalation with per-location manager notification
- Network-wide review generation campaigns — more reviews, every location
Every location ranked against every other. No more guessing who needs help.
When you manage multiple locations, the hardest part is knowing where to put your attention. A manager who says "our SEO is fine" might be running the third-worst-ranking location in your network. The leaderboard gives you a single, honest view of every location's performance across every metric that matters — so you can make resourcing decisions with data, not gut feel.
- Every location ranked on Maps position, rating, review volume, and page score
- Month-on-month movement — which locations are climbing, which are sliding
- Automated spotlight — weakest location gets a dedicated action plan each month
- Competitor overlay — how each location compares to its local rivals specifically
- Exportable for regional managers and franchisee performance reviews
One report that tells you how the whole network performed. And what's next.
Multi-location reporting is a nightmare with most agencies — you get 14 separate PDFs, none of which talk to each other. We send you one consolidated network report every month: network-level summary at the top, per-location drill-down below it, and a clear priority list of what we're doing for which locations next month. Forward the summary to your board. Drill into the detail yourself. It all lives in one document.
- Network summary — total impressions, clicks, calls, and reviews across all locations
- Per-location breakdown with month-on-month rank movement
- Leaderboard movement — who rose, who slipped, who needs intervention
- Network citation health score and new listings built
- Next month's plan — prioritised actions per location, with rationale
What multi-location operators always ask us first.
How is multi-location local SEO different from single-location?
The fundamentals are the same — you still need consistent NAP data, optimised location pages, schema markup, citations, and reviews. What changes at scale is the operational challenge. With 20 locations, you might receive 500 reviews a month across 6 platforms, have NAP data spread across 1,000+ directory listings, and need 20 individually differentiated location pages instead of one. The strategy is identical; the execution is an order of magnitude more complex, and the biggest risk is inconsistency — doing it well for some locations and neglecting others, which creates a patchwork of performance across the network.
Can you manage locations across multiple cities or states?
Yes — geography doesn't change the process for us. We manage networks across multiple cities, states, and countries. What does change is the local keyword research (what people search for in Melbourne differs from what they search for in Brisbane), the competitor landscape per location, and the citation sources (some directories are city-specific). We treat each location as its own local market and build the strategy accordingly, while managing everything centrally from your perspective.
What's the minimum and maximum number of locations you work with?
We work with networks from 3 locations upwards. Below 3, the overhead of multi-location management infrastructure doesn't make economic sense — a standard single-location service would serve you better. On the upper end, we've managed networks with over 200 locations. Above 100 locations, the work becomes more systematised with templated workflows and tiered prioritisation, but the quality of output doesn't change — the locations just get batched into priority tiers rather than all receiving the same monthly cadence simultaneously.
How do you handle franchise networks where each franchisee owns their own location?
This is the most common structure we work with. The typical arrangement is that the franchisor engages us centrally to manage local SEO across the network, with each franchisee benefiting from the work without managing it themselves. We provide network-level reporting to the franchisor and, where required, per-location reporting that can be shared with individual franchisees. Critically, we apply brand guidelines and naming conventions consistently across all locations, which matters significantly for Google's assessment of the network as a coherent brand rather than a collection of unrelated businesses.
We have some locations that are performing well already — do you touch those too?
We audit everything in week one, but we don't change things that don't need changing. Strong locations typically receive a lighter-touch monthly maintenance service — citation monitoring, review management, and small on-page refinements — while the majority of our effort goes to locations where the gap between current performance and potential is largest. We tell you clearly what we're doing for each location each month, so you can see exactly where the resource is going.
How quickly will we see results across the network?
Results vary significantly by location, competitive intensity, and starting point. Locations that are almost ranking but not quite — sitting at positions 4–8 in the Local Pack — typically see movement within 4–6 weeks of on-page and citation work. Locations that are deeply buried or have fundamental issues (dirty NAP data, duplicate listings, keyword-stuffed names) take longer to recover — usually 10–14 weeks for meaningful movement. We set a realistic timeline for each location in the first month based on the audit, and track against it monthly.
What do you need from us to get started?
A list of all locations with their legal business names, addresses, phone numbers, and website URLs. Manager access to each location's Google Business Profile. Access to your website CMS for location page work. Any brand guidelines or naming conventions we should follow. If you have existing citation data or prior SEO audits, those are useful but not essential — we'll build our own picture from the ground up. Onboarding for a network typically takes 3–5 business days before we begin active work.
Can you handle new location launches as we open them?
Yes — and this is something we actively recommend planning for rather than scrambling after the fact. A new location that launches with a complete, optimised Google Business Profile, a live location page with proper schema, and citations across 50+ directories from day one ranks significantly faster than one that gets these things added gradually over months. We have a new-location launch package that covers everything in week one of trading. Many of our clients bring us in during the pre-launch planning phase so the SEO infrastructure is ready the day the doors open.
